强健性多丝量家蚕品种云蚕9号的选育

Breeding of a SilkwormVariety Yuncan 9 with High Vitality and High Silk Yield

为了适应轻简化养蚕生产模式和生产优质茧丝,以体质强健、多丝量作为家蚕新品种选育的目标。利用保存的家蚕品种资源,采用杂交育种的方法及设置特殊饲养环境和兼顾目标性状综合选择的技术方案,历经5年15代,选育并组配出符合育种目标且小蚕对人工饲料有较好适应性的强健性多丝量家蚕杂交组合金松·M5×红10·红12,通过四川省家蚕品种审定委员会审定后定名为云蚕9号。新品种在云南省进行农村多点饲养示范试验,虫蛹率、结茧率、盒种收茧量等性状成绩分别比现行春用品种菁松×皓月高1.1百分点、0.89百分点、0.98 kg,且上茧率高、茧形匀整、茧色洁白、茧丝品质优良,可缫制5A级生丝,充分表现出综合经济性状优的特性。新品种适合在云南蚕区春季、夏秋季以及西南各省年均气温较低蚕区的春季饲养。

To adapt to the labor-saving sericultural production pattern and produce high quality silk,high vitality and high silk yield was taken as the breeding objectives of newsilkworm（ Bombyx mori） varieties. Using the preserved silkworm varieties as parents,a newhybridized combination Jinsong·M5 × Hong 10·Hong 12,which was in accordance with the breeding objectives and had good adaptability to artificial diet at young larval stage,was obtained after 5 years and 15 generations of selection and preparation by using the method of silkworm cross breeding,setting the special environment conditions for silkworm rearing,and considering target characters and so on. This newsilkworm hybrid combination had been approved by Silkworm Variety Evaluation Commission of Sichuan Province and was named Yuncan 9. The results of rural productive test at multiple sites in Yunnan Province showed that the larva-pupa rate,cocooning rate,and cocoon yield per box of silkworm eggs of the newsilkworm variety were increased by 1. 1,0. 89 percentage points and 0. 98 kg respectively compared to the current silkworm variety Jingsong × Haoyue for spring rearing. And the newsilkworm variety has the characteristics of high reelable cocoon rate,even cocoon,white cocoon color,excellent silk quality,and rawsilk grade up to 5A,exhibiting good comprehensive economic characters. This newsilkworm variety is suitable for spring rearing and summer-autumn rearing in Yunnan Province and spring rearing in sericultural areas with lowannual average temperature in various provinces of southwest China.
