褐煤提质废水絮凝预处理实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)和聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)3种絮凝剂对褐煤提质废水混凝沉淀处理效果的比较,考察了3种絮凝剂的投加量对废水浊度、NH3-N、TP及COD的去除效果,并结合了絮体沉降性能,优选出混凝处理效果最好的PAFC作为处理褐煤提质废水的絮凝剂。并确定了该絮凝剂对褐煤提质废水混凝沉淀的工艺条件。结果表明:PAFC在投加量为250 mg/L,p H为3.5时,褐煤提质废水的COD去除率可达56.63%,浊度去除率为92.21%,30 min静沉比为19%。 A comparison was made on the treatment efficiency of coagulating sedimentation of lignite upgrading wastewater by three kinds of flocculants including polyaluminium chloride(PAC),polymeric ferric sulfate(PFS) and polyaluminum ferric chloride(PAFC).Effects of different dosages of flocculants on wastewater turbidity,NH_3-N,TP and COD removal efficiency were investigated.Combined with properties of flocculant sedimentation,PAFC with the best removal effect of coagulation was selected as a flocculant for the treatment of lignite upgrading wastewater.And the conditions of lignite upgrading wastewater coagulation sedimentation by PAFC were determined.Results indicated that when PAFC dosage was 250 mg/L and pH was 3.5,removal rates of COD and turbidity reached 56.63%and 92.21%,respectively.Sedimentation ratio reached 19%in 30 min.
