摘要
以聚砜(PSF)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为原料,采用相分离技术通过不同的配比关系制备适合卷式复合反渗透膜的聚砜基膜,考查了3种原料的不同添加量对聚砜基膜的性能影响。结果表明,通过控制制作工艺可以制备出具有较好抗压性的聚砜基膜,PSF、PEG-1000质量分数分别为24%、22%的配比制备的反渗透膜的基膜,在0.2 MPa测试压力下其纯水通量为433.7 L/(m2·h),水接触角为54.7°。
PSF supported membrane suitable for reverse osmosis membrane was prepared by phase separation technique while.The effects of different quantity of three materials on the performance of membrane with high compressive capacity are studied,and the optimal mass fraction of PSf and PEG-100 for the preparation of PSf support membranes are 24%and 22%,respectively.The pure water flux of prepared membrane is 433.7 L/(m2·h) at 0.2MPa,and the water contact angle is 54.7°.
