摘要
钻架是液压钻机的关键部件,承载着各部件的重量,而且是液压凿岩机钻进的运动导轨。其多因磨损而导致定位不准和复杂工况下强度刚度不够而失效。基于轻量化设计理念,结合钻架失效形式的分析,提出了折弯件钻架设计方法;分析液压凿岩钻机的典型工况,确定典型工况的边界条件,利用ANSYS和ADAMS建立刚柔耦合模型,分别对钻架进行强度刚度分析和模态分析。研究结果表明折弯件钻架用材少、重量轻,强度刚度能够满足复杂工况要求,因磨损而导致定位不准等问题的维护也更简单,验证了折弯件钻架的可行性。
The drilling frame, a key component of the hydraulic drill jumbo, carries the weight of the rest components and is the movement guide while the hydraulic drill jumbo advancing. Inaccurate positioning due to mechanical abrasion as well as insufficient strength and stiffness in complex operation mode bring about the failure of the drilling frame. On the basis of the concept of lightweight design and in combination with failure style of the drilling frame, the paper proposed the design method of the folded drilling frame. It also analyzed the typical operation modes of the hydraulic drilling jumbo, and determined the boundary conditions of the typical operation modes. In addition, the paper applied ANSYS and ADAMS to build rigid-flexible coupling model, and separately carried out the strength and stiffness analysis as well as the modal analysis. The study results showed the folded drilling frame was characterized by less material, light weight as well as the strength and stiffness satisfying the requirements in complex operation mode. Thus, the inaccurate positioning due to abrasion could be conveniently maintained, which verified the feasibility of the folded drilling frame.
