Test study on beneficiation of a gold ore from Qinhai

摘要 针对青海省某含金为3.80 g/t的石英脉型金矿,采用尼尔森重选-无氰浸出环保工艺,原矿在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占60.55%下进行尼尔森重选,尼尔森精矿进行摇床精选可获得含金4 543 g/t的高品位金精矿和含金60.84 g/t低品位金精矿,尼尔森尾矿进行无氰浸出后可回收12.32%的金,浸渣的金品位为0.053 g/t;最终金总回收率为98.63%,伴生银总回收率为61.01%。研究结果对高寒生态脆弱区金矿资源的开发具有一定的指导意义。 A quartz vein gold ore from Qinghai was studied by using an environmental protection process of Knelson gravity separation and noncyanide leaching. At the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm particles accounting for 60.55%, Knelson gravity separation of the raw ore was conducted. And then, rough concentrate were cleaned by shaking table to obtain the high-grade gold concentrate with gold grade of 4 543 g/t and the low-grade gold concentrate with gold grade of 60.84 g/t. After noncyanide leaching of Knelson tailings, 12.32% of gold was further recovered with the grade of leaching residues being 0.053 g/t. Finally, total gold recovery reached 98.63% and total silver recovery reached 61.01%. The study results offered some guidance for the development of gold minerals in high-frigid ecological vulnerable region.
