摘要
利用搅拌摩擦焊接(FSW)技术焊接了CNTs/AZ91镁基复合材料,研究了工艺参数对CNTs/AZ91复合材料FSW接头组织与性能的影响。结果表明:采用FSW技术对CNTs/AZ91复合材料进行焊接可以获得表面成形和力学性能较好的对接接头。当搅拌头旋转速度为700 r/min时,焊缝中CNTs分布均匀,接头强度和塑性最好,改变搅拌头旋转速度,均会降低接头强度和塑性。
CNTs/AZ91 composite was welded by friction stir welding. The influences of process parameters on the microstructure and properties of welded joint were studied. The results show that: FSW technology for CNTs/AZ91 composite can get the butt joint with better surface forming and excellent mechanical properties. Under the parameter of rotating speed of 700r/min,the microstructure of weld nugget distributes homogeneously, the phenomenon of CNTs agglomeration on the weld reduces significantly, but there are some CNTs agglomerate in the heat affected zone.
