摘要
以CaF_2为基的电渣具有热分解特性,在一定温度与气氛条件下,经焙烧后放出SiF_4、AlOF、AlF_3、CaF_2气体,炉渣成分发生变化。用TG和DSC分析了CaF_2为基的电渣的热分解过程,界定了热分解反应的温度范围,研究了热分解反应的动力学行为,并建立了热分解过程的动力学模型。
CaF_2-based electroslag has a thermal decomposition characteristics, it can release SiF_4, AlOF, AlF_3, CaF_2 after roasting, under a certain temperature and atmosphere, resulting in the change of slag composition. The temperature ranges were defined and dynamic behavior were analyzed by thermal decomposition. The thermal decomposition process of CaF_2-based electroslag were studied by thermo gravimetry(TG) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) analysis. The kinetic parameters of thermal decomposition were researched, and the dynamic model for thermal decomposition process was established.
