摘要
超塑成形/扩散连接(简称SPF/DB)成形技术是一种高效的整体构件成形技术,是航空航天大型复杂钛合金薄壁结构件制造的主要工艺方法之一。采用板料成形模拟软件PAMSTAMP2G对一种TC4钛合金四层板SPF/DB构件的成形过程进行了数值模拟。根据零件的结构特点,设计加载两条优化的压力—时间曲线。分析了SPF/DB成形过程中材料流动规律和壁厚分布情况。通过实际零件的成形实验,测量零件截面12个关键点厚度值,分别与相对应的模拟结果进行了对比。结果显示,变形过程与厚度符合实际分布规律,最大厚度误差为0.148 mm。
Superplastic forming/diffusion bonding(SPF/DB) forming technology is a high efficiency forming technology of the integral structure which is one of the main process methods for the manufacturing of large and complex thin titanium alloy structures in aerospace industry. The forming process of a TC4 titanium alloy four-layer SPF/DB component was numerically simulated by using the software PAMSTAMP 2G. Two optimized pressure-time curves were designed according to the structural characteristics of the part. The flow law and thickness distribution of the material in SPF/DB forming process were analyzed. Through the forming experiment of actual parts, the thicknesses of the part on section with 12 key points were measured. And they were compared with the corresponding simulation results respectively. The results show that deformation process and thickness meet the actual distribution law,and the maximum thickness error is 0.148 mm.
