摘要
从锻造和热处理工艺方面介绍了旋转法兰盘的制造过程。采用闭式套模结构,锻件的始锻温度为1250℃,加热炉温控制在1300℃,终锻温度为800℃。实践证明:该制造方法简单、方便、经济实用,能满足锻件成形质量要求。
The manufacturing process of the rotating flange was introduced from the aspects of the forging and heat treatment process. The closed sleeve die structure was adopted. The initial temperature of forging is 1250℃, controlling temperature of the heating furnace is 1300℃, and final forging temperature is 800℃. Practice proves that this manufacturing method is simple, convenient, economic and practical. It can meet the quality demands of the forgings forming.
