摘要 主要研究了航天运载火箭发动机喷管用GH3600合金管材的生产工艺优化。管材经挤压、退火等工序完成。由于该管材长径比大且长度较长,这加大了该产品的生产难度,降低了产品的成品率。经过长期的工艺摸索及试制,通过改进挤压开坯方式、控制加工工艺、退火工艺及成品的清洗方式,使航天用GH3600合金管材达到了要求的技术指标。 The optimization of production process of GH3600 alloy tube for space rocket engine nozzle was mainly studied. The tubes were produced by extrusion, annealing and orther procedures. Owing to the tube with large length- diameter ratio and longer length, this increased the production difficulty,and the rate of finished products was reduced. Through the long exploration of process and trial production, the requirements of the technical indicators for GH3600 alloy tube were reached by improving extrusion cogging mode, controlling machining process, annealing process and cleaning method of finished product.
