摘要
锻造铝合金轮圈具有良好的综合力学性能,但其发展一直受到复杂的锻造工艺和模具结构的限制。将等温锻造运用于6061铝合金轮圈锻造工艺,采用有限元软件对轮圈整个变形过程进行了模拟,分析了坯料的变形情况,讨论了轮圈变形过程中坯料的温度、应力、载荷的分布和变化情况。
Aluminum alloy wheel forging has better comprehensive mechanical properties. But its development has been always subjected to constraints of complex forging technology and die structure. Isothermal forging was used in forging technology of 6061 aluminum alloy wheel. The whole deformation process was simulated by using the finite element software.The deformation of the blank was analyzed. The distribution and variation of the temperature, stress and load of the blank were discussed in the deformation process.
