冷轧变形对7475铝合金组织和力学性能的影响

摘要 7475铝合金经固溶处理后进行了不同轧制厚度的冷轧,然后进行不同温度不同时间的时效处理。通过金相分析、X射线衍射、硬度检测和拉伸试验,研究了冷轧后时效对7475铝合金的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:合金在固溶处理后冷轧(应变2.5),并在90℃时效24 h后,强度提高到750.11 MPa,维氏硬度比固溶处理提高了40.3%。 7475 Al alloy was subjected to cold rolling with different rolling strains after solution treatment, and then was aged at different temperatures and times. The effect of ageing after cold rolling on mechanical properties and microstructures of Al 7475 alloy was investigated by using optical metallographic analysis, X-ray diffraction, hardness measurements and tensile test. The results show that the alloy cold rolling with true strain of 2.5 after the solution treatment, and then ageing at 90℃ for 24 h, the tensile strength improves to 750.11 MPa, and Vickers hardness enhances by 40.3% compared with that of the solution treatment.
