ZK60镁合金的炉中钎焊工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用高纯锌箔钎料对ZK60镁合金进行真空钎焊试验,并利用DMI-5000M扫描电镜研究了钎焊工艺参数对钎缝成形的影响,同时采用Durascan-700全自动硬度仪对接头的显微硬度进行了测试,采用XRD分析仪对钎缝组织做出了成分分析。结果表明:当钎焊温度445℃、保温时间45 s时,钎缝组织性能较好、硬度最高,微观组织无气孔,裂痕,树枝晶大小均匀,晶粒细小。钎缝冶金产物为α-Mg基体和α-Mg+γ-Mg Zn共晶组织。 The high purity zinc foil solder was used to weld ZK60 alloy in vacuum furnace brazing. DMI-5000 M metallographic scanning electron microscopy was used to investigate the effect of welding process parameters on the formaton of brazed seam. At the same time, Durascan-700 Automatic hardness tester was adopted to test the microhardness of the welded joint and XRD analyzer was used to analyze the microstructure ingredient. The results show that, after btrazing at 445℃ for 45 s, the properties and microstructure of brazed seam are better, the hardness is the highest, and no pores and cracks appear in microstructure.The sizes of dendritic crystallites are uniform, and the grain size is finer. The products of weld metallurgical effect are α-Mg matrix and α-Mg+γ-Mg Zn eutectic structure.
