摘要 随着新型传感技术和人工智能及时的发展,计算机图像识别技术在激光焊缝跟踪系统中的应用越来越多。激光焊缝跟踪技术是实现焊接质量控制和焊接自动化、智能化的关键技术。本文主要针对大功率激光焊机焊缝图像由于受到干扰导致图像质量低,影响分析结果的问题进行研究。在对大功率焊机焊缝跟踪系统结构进行分析基础上,提出对激光焊缝图像的预处理技术并应用Hough坐标变换对图像特征信息进行了提取和分析,提出了对激光焊缝初始点的识别和定位步骤,最后通过试验验证了算法的可行性和有效性。 With the development of new sensing technology and artificial intelligence in a timely manner, computer image recognition technology in tracking system becomes more and more application in laser welding. Tracking technology of laser weld is used to realize the welding process control and automation, intelligent welding quality. Aiming at the high power laser welding seam image due to the interference caused by low image quality, the problem of influencing analytical results was researched.In large power welding seam tracking system structure based on the analysis, the pretreatment technology of laser welding seam image was proposed and extracted, and the image feature information was analyzed by Hough coordinate transformation. The identification and location of steps on the laser weld initial point were put forward, finally the feasibility of algorithm and the validity were verified by experiment.
