摘要
本文提出了一种具备预热功能和焊接时能使电缆转动的JB2型SMA电缆组件的焊接夹具设计。此焊接夹具可以实现对JB2型SMA接头的夹持,并在焊接前进行预热,减小焊接温度梯度,同时在焊接时可以用手拨动转盘带动电缆转动,提高焊接的成品合格率。
A welding fixture design with preheating and rotating cable function of SMA-JB2 cable assemblies was put forward. The fixture not only can clamp SMA-JB2 cable connector, preheat before welding, reduce the welding temperature gradient, but also rotate the cable with turntable by hand. Then, the qualified rate of welding products improves.
