摘要
"以病人为中心"的导向服务政策,不仅需要卫生行政部门的参与,更需要卫生服务机构/组织内部的参与。由于组织中个体的行为不仅受到其个体层次变量的影响,更会受到其所处组织的多层次变量影响,因此从组织行为的基本变量,即个体层次(需求、态度、价值观等)、群体层次(从众行为、沟通、团队行为等)和组织层次(服务技术流程、分配制度、组织文化与环境等)的角度,分析其对医护人员的病人导向服务的影响,将不仅有利于维护病人及其社会群体的健康权益,而且也将有利于维护卫生服务机构内部成员的职业尊严,促进其更好地为人民健康服务。
The patient-centered medical services policy needs not only the participation of health administrative departments,but also the participation of health service institutions or organizations.The behavior of individuals in health service organization will be affected by not only variables at its individual level,but also by the multi-level variables in their organization.Analysis of influence on patient-centered medical services from the basic variables of organizations behavior,including individual level( requirements,attitudes and values),group level( herd behavior,communication and team behavior) and organization level( service technical process,distribution system and culture and environment),will not only be conducive to safeguard the social group and patients' health rights,but also be conducive to keep the professional dignity of health service institution members and improve better medical services.
