摘要
在山东省人口老龄化形势日趋严峻的背景下,如何满足老年人的医疗需求成为社会关注的热点问题。文章分析了山东省发展医养结合养老模式的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,认为医养结合的养老模式是一种能够融合各方优势,值得探索和推广的养老模式。
In Shandong Province,aging population situation is becoming increasingly grim,how to meet the health care needs of the elderly has become a hot issue of society concern.This paper analyzes the development of the Shandong provincial health support pension model combining the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and believe the pension mode for nursing home with medical institution is a way to integration of all advantages,worth exploring and promoting model.
