硅氧烷官能化聚芳醚腈自组装膜的制备及其性能 被引量:2

Preparation and Properties of Triethoxysilane Functionalized Poly( phthalazinone ether nitrile) Self-Assembled Thin Films

摘要 杂萘联苯聚芳醚腈通过水解、酰化及氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性后,合成了侧链含有硅氧烷官能团功能性聚芳醚树脂(PNAS)。采用红外、1H NMR、固体29Si NMR谱等技术手段对产物结构进行表征,用DSC、TGA和原子力显微镜测试了PNAS树脂的性能和自组装薄膜的表面形貌。结果表明,PNAS具有优异的耐热性,其玻璃化转变温度为329℃,热失重温度(T5%)达到492℃。与短链分子自组装膜比较,PNAS自组装薄膜具有良好的减摩抗磨性能,当载荷为400 m N时,自组装薄膜的稳定摩擦系数达到0.07且在5 h内基本不变。 A novel triethoxysilyl-functionalized poly( phthalazinone ether nitrile)( PNAS) was synthesized by hydrolysis,acylation and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilance-functionalization,and characterized by FTIR,^29 Si NMR,DSC and TGA. The self-assembled polymer film was designed to serve as wear resistant coating for silicon surface. It has an excellent heat-resistance with a glass transition temperature and the temperature at which 5% mass loss at 329 ℃ and 492 ℃,respectively. The surface morphology of self-assembled film was studied by atomic force microscopy,while the friction performance was investigated using reciprocating friction tester. Comparing with the short chain self-assembled film,the friction coefficient of the prepared film is very low( about 0. 07 at the loading of 400 n N),and the anti-wear behavior is good,with a lack of failure after sliding over 5 hours.
