Environmental Regulations in China:Policies and Their Effects

为应对日益严峻的环境问题,中国政府逐步加强了对环境的规制,出台了一系列污染控制政策。这些政策成效如何,给经济发展带来了哪些影响?文章梳理了针对环境立法、节能减排总量控制、排污费及奥运环保政策的国内外研究现状,对上述问题给出了解答,并讨论了未来有待研究的方向。

To cope with the increasingly worsening environment,the Chinese government adopted a series of polices to control pollution. Did the policies improve the environment？ What did they bring to economic development？ These are public concerns. This article reviews research on environmental legislation,energy conservation and emissions reduction,pollutant discharge fees and the environmental policy of the Beijing Olympic Games to answer these questions. Finally,the directions of correlated research are prospected.
