摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为单体,采用氧化还原引发剂水溶液聚合法合成了钻井液用增黏降滤失剂。通过单因素和正交实验确定了合成最优条件,并对产品的耐盐、耐温和降滤失性能进行评价。实验结果表明:在单体质量分数为37.5%、n(SSS)∶n(AMPS)∶n(AM)∶n(DMC)=1.5∶4.5∶9∶1、反应温度为45℃、引发剂用量为0.75%和pH=9条件下合成的聚合物具有较好的增黏、耐盐、耐温和降滤失性以及与其他钻井液添加剂有较好的配伍性。
This paper describes the use of free radical solution polymerization,with acrylamide(AM),2-acrylamide-2-methylpro panesulfonic acid(AMPS),sodiump-styrenesulfonate(SSS)and methacryloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC)as raw materials to synthesis the tackifier and fluid loss additive used for drilling fluids.Determining the optimal synthesis conditions of the tackifier and fluid loss additive by single factor and orthogonal experiment.Characterizing the polymer molecular group use infrared spectroscopy and evaluating the performance of salt resistance,heat resistance and fluid loss performance of product.The experiment results show that,the tackifier and fluid loss additive has the best performance when the reaction conditions was the concentration of monomer was37.5%,n(SSS)∶n(AMPS)∶n(AM)∶n(DMC)=1.5∶4.5∶9∶1,the reaction temperature was 45℃,the concentration of initiator was 0.75%and pH=9.Under this synthesis condition,the polymer has better performance of viscosity,salt resistance,heat resistance and fluid loss,and the polymer had better compatibility with other additives.
