摘要
以甲基二氯硅烷、甲醇为原料,经微负压操作工艺合成了甲基二甲氧基硅烷。在反应温度40℃,反应时间1.5h,原料摩尔比n(甲醇)∶n(甲基二氯硅烷)=1.9∶1,甲醇滴速3 mL/min的条件下,产物收率可达92.14%,目标产物经气相色谱定量分析,结构经红外确认。该工艺具有收率高、成本低、操作简便等优点,工业化前景广阔。
Methyldimethoxysilane was synthesized from the reaction of methyldichlorosilane and methanol by the micro-negative pressure operation process,and in reaction temperature 40 ℃,the reaction time of 1.5h,raw material mole ratio of n(methanol)∶n(methyl dichlorosilane)=1.9∶1,methanol drop 3mL/min conditions,then the yield could reach 92.14%.The content quantitatively analysised by gas chromatographic and the structure of methyldimethoxysilane was characterized by FT-IR(Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy).The optimized synthetic route has promise in industrial production for its high yield,low cost and easy operation.
