二巯基噻二唑有机减摩剂的合成及性能

SYNTHESIS AND PERFORMANCE RESEARCH OF DIMERCAPTOTHIODIAZOLE ANTI-FRICTIONS

摘要 为了获得含有天然脂肪侧链的噻二唑化合物,探讨了以棕榈油和二巯基噻二唑为原料的反应过程,优化了反应条件,并通过四球实验研究了产物的减摩、抗磨性能。实验结果表明,含有天然脂肪侧链的噻二唑具有良好的油溶性能,并具有较好的减摩、抗磨性能。 Dimercaptothiodiazole derivatives exhibit excellent antiwear and antifriction properties.To abtain thiodiazole compounds modified with natural aliphatic chain.the process of palm oil reacting with dimercapto thiodiazole was explored,and the reaction conditions were optimized,and antiwear and antifriction properties were also tested with four-ball instrument.The study shows that thiodiazole derivatives modified with natural aliphatic chain display good oily solubility,anti-friction and anti-wear properties,thus lay agood foundation for the development of new thiodiazole antifrictions.
