新教师培训课程设计:有效推进“经验知识”的建构 被引量:7

摘要 新教师培训课程设置的关键是有效推进"经验知识"的建构。其中,课程目标应指向新教师专业发展的核心能力。课程分"职前预备课程"和"职后跟进课程"两类,形成基于真实情境的"嵌套式"课程结构。依托项目学习的方式推进课程实施,培训者可依据新教师专业发展的具体要求设计研修项目,如备课工作坊、教学作品分析、主题式教学诊断与改进等。新教师培训的课程评价应与课程实施同步推进。
