摘要
简析了海底通信、海底观测和海底警戒等业务网的主要特征,提出了网格化多层次和端对端的两个多业务集成的固定式海底光缆信息网络方案。建议在规划设计海底通信网时兼顾海底观测和警戒业务的接入,可采用较大光纤芯数、可大功率馈电的有中继海光缆,并预留其它业务接入端口。
The main features of Submarine Communication Network, Submarine Cabled Observatory Net- work and Submarine Warning Network are analyzed briefly in this paper, and fixed submarine cable informa- tion network program based on two multi-network integration with the features of gridding, multi-level and point to point is proposed. The paper suggests to give consideration to the access of observation and warning business while programming the communication network. To achieve these, high power feeding repeatered submarine optical cable with more optical fibers should be adopted and some optional access also should be reserved.
