分析了宁夏电力交换网的现状及存在的问题,提出了IP方式接入变电站语音的优化方案,能够在保护已有投资和不影响业务安全稳定的情况下,实现VoIP的部署和应用,对新建站及老旧站改造具有一定借鉴意义。
