注射用13种复合维生素的血管刺激性、溶血性和过敏性实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价注射用13种复合维生素的安全性,为临床安全用药提供依据。方法:采用血管刺激性试验、体外溶血试验、全身主动过敏性试验(active systemic anaphylaxis,ASA)和被动皮肤过敏试验(passive cutaneous anaphylaxis,PCA),考察注射用13种复合维生素的安全性。结果:注射用13种复合维生素对新西兰兔静脉滴注部位血管无刺激性作用;体外溶血试验中,无溶血和凝集反应;豚鼠全身主动过敏性试验与被动皮肤过敏试验均为阴性。结论:注射用13种复合维生素该实验条件下安全可靠。 Objective: To evaluate the safety of compound vitamins( 13 kinds) for injection,providing information for its clinical use. Methods: Vascular irritation test,in vitro hemolytic test,active systemic anaphylaxis( ASA) test and passive cutaneous anaphylaxis( PCA) test were performed to evaluate the safety of the compound vitamins for injection. Results: The compound vitamins for injection had no significant stimulation on vessels. In vitro hemolytic test showed that no hamolysis or agglutination phenomenon was induced. ASA and PCA tests in guinea pig showed negative results. Conclusion: The compound vitamins for injection are safe in these tests.
