摘要
德育制度设计实践的背后,往往涵蕴着一定的价值立场。而为实现合理的德育制度设计,整体辨析其德性立场与权利立场尤显必要。德育制度设计的德性立场有着特定的思想与实践源流,函括德性作为目的、强调个体义务、依循理性权威等基本主张,而德育制度设计的权利立场,则一般包含尊重个体的权利、坚持人际间平等、倡导理性的协商等主张。相较而言,德育制度设计的权利立场优先于德性立场,其总体上应以"权利优先"为前提、以德性为导向。
Behind the moral education system design practice, which often exhibited the influence of some value position. To achieve a reasonable moral system design, the analysis of its moral position is particularly necessary. The virtual position of the moral education system design has its specific thought and practice origin, including the viewpoint: virtue as the destination; emphasis on the individual obligations; follow rational authority and so on. The right position of the moral education system design hold that it should respect for the individuals" right, insist on interpersonal equality and promote rational negotiation. In comparison, the right position of the moral education system design has priority to its virtual position, it generally insist the right as a precondition and be oriented by the virtue.
