高校青年教师工作压力及其与自杀意念的关系

Work Stress of Young College Teachers and Its Relation with Their Suicide Ideation

目的探讨高校青年教师工作压力特点及其与自杀意念的关系,为高校教师心理危机预防与干预工作提供理论参考。方法采用整群抽样的方法选取江西省4所本科院校的2 246名青年教师作为研究对象,对其工作压力和自杀意念进行调查与分析。结果高校青年教师工作压力总分为50.81±16.30;女性青年教师的工作压力总分(51.88±16.65)高于男性青年教师(49.77±15.90),差异有统计学意义(t=-3.077,P<0.05);青年教师的工作压力在学历、职称、学科、婚姻状况等人口学特征上的差异无统计学意义;高校青年教师有自杀意念者检出率为5.92%;高校青年教师工作压力总分及各维度得分与自杀意念得分均呈显著正相关(P<0.01);高、中、低工作压力组有自杀意念者检出率分别为8.68%,5.48%,3.60%,3组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=17.693,P<0.01)。结论高校青年教师工作压力处于中等稍偏上水平,应重视青年教师的工作压力及自杀意念问题,尤其在对青年教师进行心理危机预防与干预工作时,应重视工作压力的疏导与缓解。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of young college teachers′work stress and its relation with their suicide ideation so as to provide a theoretical reference for the prevention and intervention of young college teachers′psychological crisis.Methods With a cluster sampling method,2 246 young college teachers from four colleges and universities of Jiangxi province were surveyed and analyzed their work stress and suicide ideation.Results The total scores of their work stress in young college teachers were 50.81±16.30;the total scores of female teachers′work pressure（51.88±16.65）were higher than male teachers（49.77±15.90）and the difference was statistically significant（t=-3.077,P〈0.05）;there were no significant differences of young teachers′working pressure in educational background,professional ranks and titles,subjects,marital status and other demographic perspectives;the detection rate of young college teachers with suicide ideation was 5.92%;the total scores of young college teachers′work stress,scores of all its dimensions and scores of their suicide ideation showed a significant positive correlation（P〈0.01）;the detection rates of suicide ideation in high,medium and low working pressure groups were respectively 8.68%,5.48% and 3.60%,and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant（χ2=17.693,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Young college teachers are under upper-middle work stress and their working pressure and suicide ideation should be taken seriously,especially in the prevention and intervention of their psychological crisis,we should pay attention to ease and relieve their work stress.
