农村留守初中生学习倦怠与时间管理倾向的关系研究

Relationship Between Learning Burnout and Time Management Disposition of Rural Left-behind Middle School Students

目的了解农村留守初中生学习倦怠与时间管理倾向的特点及关系。方法采用青少年学习倦怠量表和青少年时间管理倾向量表对320名农村留守初中生进行问卷调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果男、女生在学习倦怠的低成就感维度和时间管理倾向的时间效能感维度上的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);初一、初二、初三学生在低成就感、时间价值感、时间效能感维度上的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验班与非实验班学生在身心耗竭、学业疏离、时间价值感、时间监控观、时间效能感纬度上的得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);学习倦怠与时间管理倾向呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论男生的学习倦怠情况较女生严重;初三学生比初一和初二学生善于管理时间;非实验班学生相较于实验班学生不仅不善于管理时间,而且学习倦怠情况也较严重;时间管理倾向对学习倦怠有负向预测作用。

Objective To understand the features and relationship between learning burnout and time management disposition of rural left-behind middle school students.Methods 320 rural left-behind middle school students were surveyed with The Youth Learning Burnout Scale and The Youth Time Management Disposition Scale and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Male and female students had statistically significant differences in the low achievement dimension of learning burnout and time efficacy dimension of time management disposition（P〈0.05）;the differences of scores in low achievement,time value,time efficacy among students of Grades One,Two and Three were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;there were statistically significant differences in the dimensions of physical and mental exhaustion,academic alienation,time value,time control and time efficacy between experimental and non-experimental classes（P〈0.01）;their learning burnout and time management disposition were negatively correlated（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The learning burnout of male students are more severe than female students;middle students of Grade Three are better at time management than students of Grades One and Two;students of non-experimental classes are not as good at time management as students of experimental classes,and their learning burnout is more severe;time management disposition has a negative prediction about learning burnout.
