我国医疗纠纷问题的研究综述

Research Review on Medical Disputes in China

我国学界围绕医疗纠纷问题进行研究的论文较多,但大多从医方、患方、社会方的视角去分析医疗纠纷产生的原因,并提出预防、解决医疗纠纷的对策;且现有文献存在研究内容重复较多、创新点较少、研究视角较窄等不足之处,尤其缺乏对医疗纠纷所涉及的社会建设管理层面进行深入、全面、系统的研究。本文试通过对医疗纠纷问题研究现状进行整理和分析,期待能由此明晰进一步的研究方向,以有助于我国医疗纠纷的有效防控和解决。

There are many papers on medical disputes research in Chinese academic circle, most of them analyzed the causes of medical disputes from the perspectives of the hospital, the patient, and the society, and put forward the countermeasure of preventing and settling medical disputes. But the existing literature has many deficiencies such as frequent repetition of research content, the lack of innovation, and narrow research perspective, etc., especially the lack of deep, comprehensive and systematic research on social construction management related with medical disputes. This paper tried to sort out and analyze the present situation of medical disputes research, looking forward to finding the clear direction for further research, and helping the effective prevention and settlement of medical disputes in China.
