摘要
n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)在中枢神经系统疾病中的应用日益受到关注。研究发现,n-3PUFA对神经系统疾病的作用与改善血脑屏障功能有关。n-3 PUFA以多种方式透过血脑屏障,并通过抗炎、抗氧化等机制调节多种相关蛋白,从而对血脑屏障的通透性造成影响。虽然在多种神经疾病的动物模型中已经证实n-3 PUFA能起到保护血脑屏障并改善预后的积极作用,但临床证据尚不充分,还需要更多的临床研究来验证。
The application of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (n-3 PUFA) in the central nervous system diseases is attracting more and more attention. Studies discover that the beneficial effects of n-3 PUFA on central nervous system diseases are related to the improvement of blood-brain barrier function, n-3 PUFA can be transported across the blood-brain barrier in several ways, and affect its permeability by modulating various related proteins through anti-inflammatory and antioxidant mechanisms. Although it has been proved that in animal models of several nervous system diseases that n-3 PUFA can protect the blood-brain barrier function and thus improve outcomes, clinical evidences are insufficient and more clinical studies are needed.
