摘要 细胞微粒(MPs)由多种细胞受刺激后分泌,与炎症、凝血及与心血管疾病相关。内皮微粒(EMPs)为损伤内皮细胞胞膜脱落形成,其与冠状动脉损伤、炎症息息相关,可表达胞质蛋白,且不同疾病状态下,所表达的蛋白亦不同。EMPs蛋白组学通过对EMPs所表达蛋白进行分析,筛选出与疾病相关的蛋白标志物,是临床上常用的筛选标志物的方法之一,对疾病的早期诊断有重要意义。 Cellular microparticles (MPs) are secreted by a variety of cells after stimulation, and are associated with inflammation, coagulation, and cardiovascular disease. Endothelial micreparticles (EMPs) is formed from damaged endothelial cell membrane shedding,which is associated with coronary artery injury and inflammation,and express different proteins under different disease states. EMPs preteomics is to analyze EMPs expressed proteins, and screen the protein markers associated with disease,which is one of the common methods of screening markers in clinical, with great significance for the early diagnosis of the diseases.
