摘要
调节性T(Treg)细胞是一群具有免疫抑制功能的T细胞亚群,参与维持体内免疫稳态。近来研究发现,内脏脂肪组织(如网膜、附睾脂肪组织等)中Treg细胞在表型、数量及功能上与淋巴组织不同。而且Treg细胞在正常小鼠内脏脂肪组织中大量存在,而在肥胖小鼠中数量明显减少,在肥胖导致的脂肪组织炎症及代谢紊乱中起重要调控作用,为治疗肥胖、2型糖尿病及其他代谢综合征提供新思路。
Regulatory T(Treg) cell can regutate and suppress the immune response, which play's a fundamental role in maintaining immune homeostasis in vivo. Visceral adipose tissue-resident Tregs( Such as the retina, epididymis adipose tissue, etc, ) are distinct from their counterparts in lymphoid organs on the phenotype, numbers and function. Tregs are abundant in visceral adipose tissue of normal mice, but their number is greatly reduced in obese mice. They are in crucial control of obese-induced adipose tissue inflammation and metabolic disorders, which represent a potential novel strategy for treating obesity, type 2 diabetes and other metabolic syndrome.
