摘要
胃癌是常见的消化道肿瘤之一,其早期诊断和治疗一直是临床上的重要课题。在肿瘤形成过程中,表观遗传学改变特别是DNA甲基化在胃癌发生、发展中扮演着重要角色。基因启动子Cp G岛甲基化参与了肿瘤细胞的多种代谢,而转录因子可能通过募集DNA甲基转移酶至抑癌基因的Cp G岛催化甲基化形成,因此一些DNA甲基转移酶抑制剂有望用于胃癌的治疗。
Gastric carcinoma is one of the common gastrointestinal cancers ,the early diagnosis and treatment of which has long been an important issue in clinical. Recent studies have shown that epigenetics change especially DNA methylation play an important role in the progression of gastric carcinoma. Gene promoter CpG island methylation is involved in a variety of tumor cells metabolisms, while transcription factor can gather DNA methyltr ansferase tO CpG island of tumor-suppressor genes to catalyze methylation,therefore some of the DNA methyltransferase inhibitors are expected to be used in the treatment of gastric cancer.
