加味玉屏风干预变应性鼻炎的疗效及安全性系统评价

Systematic Review of Jiawei Yupingfeng Powder on Intervention of Allergic Rhinitis Effects and Safety

目的:评价加味玉屏风干预变应性鼻炎的疗效及安全性。方法:计算机检索CNKI、万方、维普、CBM、Pub Med和Medline数据库中公开发表的加味玉屏风治疗变应性鼻炎的随机对照试验(RCT)。由2名研究人员独立检索筛选文献,并独立对纳入文献依据Cochrane系统评价方法学进行质量评价和数据提取,用Rev Man 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入23个研究2794例变应性鼻炎患者,所有试验质量普遍不够高,评分为c。Meta分析结果显示,临床疗效加味玉屏风组优于对照组,未发现有任何不良反应。结论:加味玉屏风治疗变应性鼻炎安全有效。

Objective： To evaluate the intervention of Jiawei Yupingfeng Power to allergic rhinitis efficacy and safety.Methods： We searched CNKI,Articles,VIP,CBM,Pub Med and Medline databases published Jiawei Yupingfeng Power to the treatment of allergic rhinitis randomized controlled trials（ RCT）. Retrieved by two independent researchers,screening literature,and is independent of the Cochrane systematic review included studies based on methodological quality assessment and data extraction. Meta-analysis using Rev Man 5. 0 software. Results： A total of 23 studies,2794 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis,all test quality is generally not high enough score to c. Meta analysis showed that the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Yupingfeng group than the control group,did not find any adverse reactions. Conclusion： Jiawei Yupingfeng powder is safe and effective treatment of allergic rhinitis
