10味温中散寒药对胃实寒证大鼠交感神经-肾上腺机能的影响 被引量:6

Effects of the Ten Herbs of Warming Middle-jiao and Dispelling Cold on the Sympathetic-adrenal System Function of Rats with Stomach Excess Cold Syndrome

摘要 目的:观察干姜等10味温中散寒药对胃实寒证大鼠尿17-OHCS与CAs以及血清ACTH、D-β-H的影响,探讨其对胃实寒证大鼠交感神经-肾上腺系统机能的影响,揭示10味药的温热药性本质。方法:除空白组外,其余动物灌服知母冰水液建立胃实寒证模型。造模成功后分为模型组、阳性组、干姜等10个温中散寒药组以及石膏、黄连2个反性药对照组,给药3次后检测尿液17-OHCS及CAs含量和血清ACTH、D-β-H含量。结果:模型组大鼠尿液中17-OHCS、CAs、血清中ACTH、D-β-H含量均降低,各治疗组大鼠均显著升高。结论:10味温中散寒药有提高胃实寒证大鼠交感神经-肾上腺机能的作用,通过增强机体交感神经-肾上腺机能而呈现其温热药性。 Objective: To observe the effects of ten herbs of warming middle-jiao and dispelling cold on the output of17-OHCS and CAs in the urine of rats with stomach excess cold syndrome,and the content of ACTH and DβH in their serum. With these works we are trying to investigate the action of the ten herbs to the sympathetic-adrenal system function of the rats and reveal the nature of the ten herbs of warm and hot. Methods: A total of 10 rats chosen from 150 SPF male SD rats were randomly selected in blank group. Dose the rest rats the decoction of Zhimu with 4 ℃ water to establish stomach excess cold pattern. Then divide the rats into model group,positive group,10 treatment drug groups,and 2 Antinature drug groups. Determine the content of 17-OHCS and CAs output( including Ad,NE,DA) in rat’s urine,and the level of ACTH and D-β-H in serum. Results: The contents of 17-OHCS,CAs,ACTH and D-β-H of the model groups were reduced,however,all of the index in treatment groups are significantly increased. Conclusion: The ten herbs of warming middle-jiao and dispelling cold can improve the sympathetic-adrenal system function. The method of them to cure the stomach excess cold syndrome is by enhancing the body sympathetic-adrenal cortex.
