摘要
为解决国内煤矿井下存有大量残留煤柱和不规则块段,存在机械化开采程度低、产量小、采出率低等问题,介绍了以连续采煤机为主的短壁机械化成套装备及其开采技术体系,总结了近10年来我国依靠自主创新,在短壁机械化成套装备领域取得的先进技术成果,对其涉及到的截割、行走、输送、粉尘防治、顶板控制以及自动控制等关键技术现状进行分析和总结,指出当前技术水平存在的不足与差距。最后对我国短壁机械化成套装备及关键技术的发展趋势进行了展望,提出短壁机械化成套装备将呈现出开采装备差异化、配套方式多样化、成套装备智能化和无人化的发展趋势。
In order to solve great residual coal pillars and irregular seam blocks existed in the domestic underground coal mines and the low mechanized mining degree,low production,low coal recovery rate and other problems existed,the paper introduced the mechanized shortwall mining complete equipment and the mining technology system based on the continuous miner as the leading machine and summarized the advance technical achievements obtained in the mechanized shortwall complete equipment based on China independent innovation in the recent passed 10 years.The paper analyzed and summarized the key technology status of the related cutting,traveling,conveying,dust prevention and control,roof control,automatic control and others and pointed out the shortage and difference existed in the present technical level.Finally,the paper had an outlook on the development tendency of the mechanized shortwall mining complete equipment and key technology in China and provided the development tendency of the mining equipment difference,matching method diversified,complete equipment intelligent and unmanned occurred in the mechanized shortwall mining complete equipment.
