The Responsibility of A Leader:──Hong Xiuquan and The Taiping Heavenly Kingdom's Failure

1851－1864年，中国历史上爆发了一场农民革命战争，力量发展到十八个省，建立了太平天国政权。洪秀全作为这场革命的发起者、组织者与领导者，功不可没。但在定都天京后，洪秀全的思想却发生了变化，使他对太平天国革命的领导发生了一系列失误，从而对太平天国革命的失败负有不可推卸的责任。

From 1851 to 1864, a peasant revolutionary war happened, which extended for 18 provinces and set up the Taiping kingdom. Hong Xiuquan is the sponsor, onganiztion, and leader of the revolution, his achievements can not be neglected. However, afte establishing its capital in Tianjing, his thought changed greatly. he made a cerices of mistakes in leading the revolution, which made him have to great responsibility for the failare of the revolution.
