摘要
在胶磷矿浮选实践中常用脂肪酸类捕收剂正浮选脱硅,存在矿浆需加温、浮多抑少、药耗大、成本增加的问题。本研究采用油酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二胺和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵4种捕收剂进行胶磷矿、石英及长石、高岭土和埃洛石单矿物浮选实验,结果表明,油酸钠、十二胺和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对以上矿物均有捕收作用,对胶磷矿、硅酸盐类矿物选择性差;十二胺反浮选硅酸盐类矿物时,不同矿物的最佳浮选矿浆pH值不同,这是反浮选脱硅效果较差的原因之一。
In practice,fatty acid collectors are usually used for desiliconisation in direct phosphate flotation,but there is a concern about necessity of slurry to be heated,high volume of floated mineral and less amount of depressed mineral and large consumption of reagents,resulting in higher costs.Tests were conducted on flotation of phosphate,quartz and feldspar,kaoline and halloysite with SO,SDBS,DDA and CTAB as collectors.The results showed that SO,DDA and CTAB have a collecting action on phosphate,quartz and feldspar,kaoline and halloysite,but have a poor selectivity for phosphate and silicate minerals.In the reverse flotation of silicate minerals using DDA as collector.The variation of pH value conditions for different silicate minerals is one of reasons for the poor performance of desiliconisation in the reverse flotation of silicate minerals.
