摘要
以王集三层矿为原料,在大峪口公司生产装置上进行浮选工业化试验,以探索最佳工艺条件和合理的药剂制度。在入选原矿品位P2O5为17.69%、MgO质量分数为4.51%的条件下,可获得平均品位P2O530.61%、MgO质量分数为0.64%的磷精矿,磷回收率达到83.51%,为下一步工业化设计、生产提供依据。
Commercial tests were conducted of flotation of the three-layer phosphate ores from Wangji Phosphate Mine in a production plant of Daiyukou Chemical Engineering Company to explore the best process conditions and the appropriate reagent regime.The phosphate concentrate with the average grade P2O5of30.61 %,MgO 0.64 % and phosphorus recovery of 83.57 %could be obtained with the feed of run-of-mine ores having 17.69% at P2O5 grade and 4.51%in MgO content,which would provide a basis for the subsequent commercial design and production.
