基于DD-GRA的程潮铁矿过渡段充填采区采矿方法优选

摘要 程潮铁矿在将崩落法转为充填法开采时,在崩落法与充填法回采区之间设置了过渡段。由于过渡段留有大量的矿石,拟从备选的上向水平分层充填法、上向进路充填法、分段空场嗣后充填法3种采矿方法中选取合适的方法开采过渡段的部分矿石。采用相离度法计算指标权重,并将其权重引入灰色关联分析构建相离度-灰色关联分析(DDGRA)模型。选取经济和技术方面的8个主要因素作为评价指标,将3种备选采矿方法作为备选方案,根据8个指标的试生产统计值,应用DD-GRA模型计算各备选方案与理想方案的关联度,以关联度最大的备选方案为最优方案。计算结果表明,程潮铁矿过渡段充填采区的最优采矿方法为分段空场嗣后充填法,采用相离度-灰色关联分析模型优选的采矿方法与矿山试生产实际相符。 A transition section is reserved between the caving mining area and the filling mining area when Chengchao Iron Mine transforms caving method into filling method.The transition region has a great amount of ores.One mining method is selected from three alternative mining methods to mine part of ores in the transition section.The alternative mining methods are upward horizontal slicing and filling,upward drift stoping with cemented backfilling and sublevel open stopping subsequent filling.The index weight is calculated with deviation degree.Deviation degreegrey relational analysis(DD-GRA)model is established by introducing the index weight into the grey relational analysis.The alternative mining methods serve as alternative schemes.There are8 factors which are selected as evaluation index from economic and technology.Three alternative mining methods serve as alternative schemes.The correlation degree between alternative schemes and ideal scheme are calculated by the DD-GRA model based on the trial production statistics of 8factors.The optimal scheme is selected based on the correlation degree.The alternative mining method with the largest correlation is the optimal scheme.The calculation result shows that sublevel open stopping subsequent filling is determined as the optimal scheme and the optimal selection result by DD-GRA model conforms to the production practice.
