摘要
简要介绍了青海盐湖钾矿资源的分布、固液并存开发特性,开发现状及开采、加工工艺技术水平。系统分析了盐湖钾矿开发规模论证方法、参数模型、计算结果;结论表明在现有技术经济条件下,青海保有钾盐资源储量,以产品年产量800万t计,可服务43a以上;故在青海钾矿的支撑下,坚持科技创新,国产钾肥在未来较长时间能够支持我国农业钾肥60%以上的自给率;提出了保障我国钾肥可持续发展的组织及技术措施、配套资源保障措施以及组合政策建议。
The paper briefly introduces the distribution and characteristics of Qinghai Salt Lake potash resources,the present situations of potash development and the mining,processing and technology level and systematically analyzes demonstration methods for the Salt Lake potash development size,the parameter model and the calculation results.Results indicate that the retained reserves of potash resources in Qinghai under the existing technical and economic conditions,with an annual output of8 million tons,can serve more than 43 years.Therefore,with the support of Qinghai potash deposits,adhering to scientific and technological innovation,the domestically produced potash fertilizer is expected to support the self-sufficiency rate of more than60% of China’s agricultural potash fertilizer demands for a long time in the future.The organizational,technical and resources supporting measures and the combined policy suggestions are also proposed to safeguard the sustainable development of potash fertilizer in China.
