摘要
合成了一种曼尼希碱型室温固化环氧树脂固化剂,并对它的性能进行了考察,研究了POSS对环氧树脂固化行为、耐热性能、力学性能的影响。结果表明,POSS改性的环氧树脂胶黏剂有更高的耐热性;胶黏剂在100℃左右,放热量最大,反应最为剧烈;热失重随着固化剂含量的增加而提高,但是固化剂的含量对胶黏剂稳定性的影响不大;环氧树脂与固化剂的最佳配比为100∶10。
A kind of RTV epoxy resin curing agent was synthesized by Mannich reaction. And its performance was investigated. The effects of POSS on the curing behavior, heat resistance and mechanical properties of epoxy resin were evaluated. The results showed that the POSS modified epoxy resin had a better thermal stability. The adhesive had a maximum heat release at around 100 ℃ and the reaction was intensive. The thermal weight loss would increase with the rising of mass fraction of curing agent, but the content of curing agent had little effect on the stability of adhesive.The best proportion of epoxy resin and curing agent was 100∶10.
