摘要 酯类润滑油因其具有良好的热稳定性、低温流动性、抗摩擦性和生物降解性等优点而受到广泛关注。传统酯类润滑油催化剂一般为浓硫酸、磷酸等,这些无机酸催化剂存在腐蚀设备、副反应多、产品色泽较深、容易造成"三废"等缺点,因此开发绿色酯类润滑油催化剂成为学者关注的焦点。简单介绍了酯类润滑油的合成方法及原理,主要对各种酯类润滑油催化剂及其在化工方面的应用做了详细概述。 Ester lubricants has received broad attention because of its advantages, such as good thermal stability, low temperature fluidity,biological degradability. Traditional ester lubricants catalysts were concentrated sulfuric acid, phosphate, etc. These inorganic acid catalysts had many defects such as equipment corrosion, side effects, deeper product color, easy to create the "three wastes", etc. So developing green ester lubricant catalyst has become the focus of scholars. This paper simply introduced the synthesis method and the theory of ester lubricants, and made a detailed overview of various kinds of ester lubricants catalyst and their applications in chemical industry
