摘要
聚二甲基硅烷是聚硅烷中一种重要的化合物。以二甲基二氯硅烷为原料,经Wurtz反应得到聚二甲基硅烷,对影响反应的重要因素进行了考察和讨论。结果明确了反应在100℃下进行,优化收率达到31.2%;采用的工艺路线合理,反应时间短,产品收率高。
Polydimethylisilane is a kind of important compounds of polysilanes. Polydimethylisilane was prepared by Wurtz reaction with using dimethyldichlorosilane as the raw. The important conditions which influence the reaction result were investigated and discussed. The results showed that the optimized yield was 31.2% while the reaction temperature was 100 ℃, and the process route was reasonable with short reaction time and high yield.
