GQ_(80)型罐车罐体底部母线“4点”2次划线法

Twice marking method for the "4 points" on baseline of tank bottom on GQ_(80) tank car

针对GQ_(80)型轻油罐车罐体的特点,对罐车罐体底部母线提出了一种基于"4点"的2次划线法,以解决该车因罐体中部有2个角度突变截面而造成2次划线不准的现象,此罐车罐体底部母线"4点"2次划线法可推广至各类有角度突变截面罐体的罐车。

Considering the characteristics of GQs0 light oil tank car body, the twice marking method for ＂4 points＂ on the bottom baseline of tank car body is proposed as countermeasures to the inaccurate twice marking due to the sections with two abrupt angle changes in the middle of the tank body. This ＂twice marking for 4 points＂ method can be introduced to various tank cars with seetions of abrupt angle change in tank bodies.
