摘要
以桃树和碧桃为试验材料,研究不同光合有效辐射下桃树和碧桃的光合特性,对桃树和碧桃叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(E)、胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)及气孔导度(Gs)进行测定与比较。结果表明,桃树和碧桃的叶绿素含量均在1.5 mg/g左右;光合有效辐射在0~1 400μmol/(m^2·s)时,桃树和碧桃的净光合速率随着光合有效辐射的递增而递增;光合有效辐射在0~1 000μmol/(m^2·s)时,桃树的蒸腾速率和气孔导度随着光合有效辐射的递增而递增,而碧桃的蒸腾速率和气孔导度,在光合有效辐射为200~1 800μmol/(m^2·s)时则随着光合有效辐射递增而递减;桃树和碧桃的胞间CO_2浓度均随着光合有效辐射的递增而递减。研究发现,碧桃比桃树更耐阴,可为桃树和碧桃的园林绿化提供技术参考。
With the peach and flowering peach as materials, the photosynthetic characteristics comparison in different PAR were studied in this paper. The chlorophyll contents, net photosynthetic rate(Pn), transpiration rate(E), intercellular CO_2 concentration(Ci)and stomatal conductance(Gs)were determined. The results showed that chlorophyll contents in peach and flowering peach were about1.5 mg/g. With the increase of PAR, Pn of peach and flowering peach were on increase, when the PAR was 0-1 400 μmol/(m2·s); E and Gs of peach were on increase in 0-1 000 μmol/(m2·s)PAR, while E and Gs of flowering peach were on decrease, when the PAR was200-1 800 μmol/(m2·s); Ci of peach and flowering peach were on decrease. The results of this study found that flowering peach was more suitable for cultivation in the shade environment, which could provide technical reference for peach and flowering peach landscaping.
