摘要
以谷子秸秆为原料,研究微波-乙醇助提秸秆中黄色素的工艺条件。通过单因素试验考察乙醇体积分数(V/V)、微波功率、微波辐射时间、料液比及提取次数对谷子秸秆中黄色素提取的影响,并由因子筛选试验选出显著影响因素;在此基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面试验设计确定最佳工艺。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:72%乙醇(V/V)为提取剂,料液比为1∶20(g/m L),320 W微波处理30 s,提取3次,得到色素提取液平均吸光度为0.634,与软件预测值0.641基本一致(相对误差1.09%)。
The paper took the millet straw as raw material to study the extraction technology of yellow pigment by microwave-ethanol solution. Through the single factor experiments, it investigated the influence of some factors on the extraction of yellow pigment from millet straw, such as ethanol content(V/V), microwave power, microwave processing time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction times. Then it chose significantly influencing factors by factor screening test. Based on that, the paper used the Box-Behnken response surface method to design the experiment to determine the best process. The result showed that the optimum extracted conditions was as follows: 72% ethanol(V/V)was extracting agent, solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20(g/m L), 320 W microwave processed 30 s, extracting 3times. The average absorbance of pigment extracting solution was 0.634, which was similar with the predicted value(the relative error was1.09%).
