农产品作为"米袋子"和"菜篮子"的主要内容,其质量安全倍受全社会关注。科技的发展,促进了农产品产量的提高。但是,农产品质量安全仍然堪忧。法律是维护良好社会秩序的最有力武器,提升农产品质量安全,离不开完善的法律体系的支持。应当从立法、执法和司法3个方面入手,完善农产品质量安全法律体系。

Nowadays, people pay more attentions to the quality of life. As being the main supplement of food, the quality of a gricultural products attracts the most attentions. New technology increases the quantity of agricultural products, but the quality decreases.Legal rules are the best way to protect a good social life. The improvement of legal system for the quality and safety of agricultural products needs legal rules. Only improves the legislation, law enforcement and judicial, then there will be a better quality of agricultural products.
