摘要 抑制性差减杂交技术是一种差异性基因克隆的新技术,它对研究细胞生殖、发育、分化、衰老及死亡等生命过程中有关基因的差异表达及相关基因的分子克隆提供了有力的技术工具。简要概述了抑制性差减杂交技术的基本原理、优越性、缺陷及其在相关基因克隆方面的应用研究进展。 Suppression subtractive hybridization is a new technique of differential gene cloning, which has provided powerful technical tools for the study of differential expression of the genes and the molecular cloning of related genes in the process of cell reproduction, development, differentiation, aging and death. This papper briefly outlines the basic principles, advantages and disadvantages of suppression subtractive hybridization and its application in the cloning of related genes.
